More Puppy Photo's

This is Alice. I love this baby girl's white face. At birth she was 4.1 ounces. She should mature about 4 to 5 pounds.

This is Kim. She looks alot like her daddy Rookie. She was the only one in this litter coloured like him. Her brindal markings get more progressed with every day. I have offered her to my friend Sandra, if she doesn't want her I may very well end up keeping her. At birth she wieghed in at 3.1 ounces and according to my growth chart should mature at 3 1/2 to 4 pounds.

This is Dotty and she is really my favirote of the whole litter. At birth she was 3.6 ounces and should mature about 4 to 4 1/2 pounds. I love solid merles and I am very tempted to keep her !!

This is Kojack the only male in the litter and he looks so much like Alice that it's hard not to confuse the two of them. At birth he was the largest of the litter at 4.3 ounces.

More New Puppies :)

Angel had babies this afternoon !! She had 4 of the most adorable itty bitty little babies you ever wanna see. She had 3 blue merle's and 1 little female that looks like it will be a brindle. I will know more about that female in a couple of weeks. I will post some pic's as soon as I get that darn new camera sorted out.

Meet Memphis

I went out to Robert Graham's last week because I was hunting a new stud. He had several litters to choose from, I knew that I either wanted a blue or a chocolate stud. I looked at a ton of puppy's from just born to 4 months old. I ended up picking out a little male from the oldest litter. What really cinched it for me was that this litter was born on my birthday so I just knew that it was fated to be. Memphis is the smallest male hiding in the back.

He's still a little bit shy but I'm sure he will come out of it soon. At 4 months old he wieghs in at 2 1/2 pounds. I figure that he will mature about 4 to 5 pounds. I am very excited about this little guy :) He has everything that I am looking for in a new stud, size, colour and spunk !! I have been searching a long time for the perfect blue and now I have him :)

Here is a picture of Kelly, Memphis's mother. She is a 8 pound blue/white type A. Also in the picture is Rocky , the sire of Ginger.

Sorry long time no post , I have been quite busy working on a few mini quilts and if I get lucky I will have a couple of finishes to show ya'll in the next couple of days.It's been hard to squeeze in any sewing time - the office has me working from 12 to 14 hours a day , man how I'm wishing for a day off :( But anyways, I have new pic's of the baby puppies that I will post later on today - they will be going to new homes very soon , thats always such a sad time for me ! I so enjoy raising a new litter of babies and I get so attached to the little buggers, sometimes I wish that I could keep them all !!

Expecting puppies

I am so excited to annouce that Angel is expecting babies :) I am 75% sure that she has taken though it'll be a few more weeks before I can be 100% sure. Angel has been bred to my little chocolate male Chance. I am hoping for some chocolate merle puppies with this litter. Angel is the daughter of Junior and Cleo,I am so excited for this litter :)

Puppies 3 Weeks Old

This is a pic of the puppies having thier first taste of real food. They made such a mess but I learned a long time ago to do feedings outside so I only have to wash up the babies and not the kitchen floor & the babies too :)

Ain't the babies so cute !! They are still a bit unsteady on thier feet and it's so funny to watch them play with each other, they keep us all rolling ;)

This is the little female from Voilet's litter. She is just way to cute :)

Rowdy & Opal

Boy isn't Rowdy getting huge ! He is 5 months old now. Cheyenne and Delwin gave Opal and Rowdy baths yesterday, these are the before pic's , I'll post some bath pic's in a couple of days. Not much going on in the quilting front as this week has been just crazy , however I did get my BOW block done and I'll post pic's of it tonight. I am working on a gift for one of my coworkers grandkids but I'll post pic's of that project as soon as it's delivered to her as she reads my blog and I don't want to ruin the surprise!

1 Week old

This top photo is of the only female in the litter. Boy ain't she pretty :)

This little male is very handsome. I had thought about keeping him but I think I'm going to wait. I really want a tiny blue male and I already have 4 males as it stands now.

This little male is just darling, he doesn't fuss at all when held :) This one is Isis's favorite puppy from the litter.

The Babies

Ain't they just way to cute !! I docked their tails yesterday afternoon though this pic was taken before I had done that. I will post separate photo's of them in a couple of day :) I am really liking that black tux male and I may end up keeping him. I just know he is going to end up tiny like Ginger - in the 3 to 4 pound range. I would love to keep him to breed to Tinkerbell ! I guess I will wait and see, I know Delwin will flip if I keep another male.

Ginger

Isn't she just so pretty !! I am so happy with how she is turning out. I am hoping to find a tiny choclate male to bred her to but so far no luck in finding one small enough. As it stands I don't have anyone tiny enough to breed to her but I won't be breeding her until the end of this year . She is almost 7 months old and is about 3 1/2 pounds, I figure she will be about 4 - 4 1/2 pounds full grown.

1 Week Old

These babies turned 1 week old on Wednesday . The first photo is the chocolate male Cody , the second photo is of Maisie the female , and the third photo is of the little male Bear . These little babies are just so cute :) Jezebel had her babies Thursday , I will try to post photo's of them today before I go to work but if not I will post them tomorrow.

Yeah !! New Puppies :)

Here are Cleo's new babies . The first one is a little chocolate female and the other two are males. These guys should mature around 6 to 7 pounds. After Cleo has weaned this litter I will be giving her a rest from whelping puppies for 6 months to 1 year. She has been a wonderful momma and really deserves a break.

Jezebel is due to be having her babies in about 1 1/2 weeks so things will be getting very crazy around here :) I also got a new puppy Saturday , her name is Sadie and I will be posting more about her later on . The next couple of days I will be very busy building a couple of new whelping pens .

Building Again

Well I'm starting a new dog pen tonight when I get home from work , I had planned to start it last week but that didn't happen because of that ear infection. I have all my wood cut ( I hope I cut it all right this time LOL ) now I just have to dig some holes and get to building. I hope this pen turnes out better than the last one LOL !! The last one my measurements were way off and the darn door won't hang right - but oh well I never said I was a carpenter !! This pen will house Jezebell as she will be having her babies very soon ( end of Jan to the first part of Feb ) I am planning on it being 10x8 feet.
Ugg - so I was petting opal last night and that dog is pregnate . I bet anything the stray German Shepard from a few weeks ago got her . I was going to get her spayed but kept on putting it off :( As soon as she weans these babies she is going straight to Dr. Fazio's to get spayed - I'm not putting it off again !!!!

A Few more Puppy Pic's

Here are a couple more pic's of the babies :) This litter has been so much fun , alot of hard work and late nights but fun none the less . I'll be very sad to see these babies go :( However I have 2 more litter's on the way , Cleo is due the end of Jan - she was bred to Bo Jr. and Jezebel is due the end of Jan - 1st week of Feb . Jez was bred to Junior , this is my first time breeding Jez so I'm very excited to see what this breeding produces !!!

I Passed !!!!!!! Tobi leaving :(

Well y'all I passed this semester's classes in Psych I got a B and in Science I got a B also ( on my science finials I got 272 points out of 300 , not to shabby !! ) I have a couple of weeks off , next semester starts on Jan 12th so I'm gonna do some stitching :) Lots and lots of stitching , it's about killed me this last semester to hardly be able to pick up a needle . I'll be taking English ( YUCK ) and Early American History.

Tobi is going to his new home tomorrow . I'm kinda sad , I was going to keep this little guy but I really needed the $$$ with Christmas and all . He is going to a good home though , a lady by the name of Terri is getting him and she sound absolutely wonderful !

5 Weeks old - And way too cute !!!!

This here is Tobi at 5 weeks old , this little guy is a cutie pie , he's got a really sweet temperment . He just loves to be held and loved on !

This is Ginger , we are keeping her . This little girl is really tiny, I figure that she will be around 4 to 4 1/2 pounds full grown. I am most likley going to bred her to Max , the little black tri from Cleo's last litter.

At this point it is looking like she will have green eye's which is way cool ! Her marking are darkening up since she was born and that's a good thing too.

This is Amber , she was Robert's pick of the litter for using his little stud Rocky. I really like how this little girl is turning out & I Think that Robert will be happy with her.

I still have 2 more puppy's from this litter to post pic's of , maybe if I'm lucky I'll be able to do it tommorow.

3 weeks old !!

This is the babies first feeding and boy did they make quite a mess . They turned 3 weeks old on Thursday , it's a little soon but they are dragging their momma down so I figured that I would give them a go at eating to try to keep some of the burden off of Voilet. They did very well their first feeding , I feed them canned dog food mixed with canned milk to make it pretty soupy. I will try to post more pic's of these babies soon , I have a bunch more pic's but it take forever to get them uploaded.
